Covid Information

We hope that you find the Covid-19 shopping experience at Katie and May a pleasant and safe one.

We have done everything we can to maintain the Katie and May experience for our customers but obviously there are restrictions in place that means it is a little different than before.

Please where possible respect the Guidelines and changes so that we can get back to normal as soon as possible.

Please sanitise your hands on entering and exiting the shop – that means you can touch items as we know your hands are clean
Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot allow trying on, and have closed the fitting rooms. We do offer a full refund on everything purchased though, ideally if you could return it within two weeks that would be greatly appreciated.

Please scan the QI code to assist with the NHS track and trace scheme.

Facemasks are mandatory and must be worn at all times.

We can allow a maximum or 3 people or groups of people in the shop at any one time. Please keep 2 metres from the other shoppers and respect their space. We will help and advise on this at all times.
Any items returned or handled a lot will be quarantined for 72 hours.
Much to the dismay of our mini shoppers we have had to remove the toy box, this will hopefully back soon with lots of new and exciting toys in there.

We have recently completed an Infection Control and Covid-19 secure workplace course to make extra sure we are doing everything right to protect our staff and customers, provided by Mini First Aid.
