What is involved in a session

- Personal style discovery – exploring your style preferences and aesthetic influences and understand how to align your wardrobe with your personality and lifestyle.
- Guidance on building a cohesive wardrobe that reflects your individuality.
- How to mix and match pieces effectively.
- Identifying key wardrobe staples tailored to your needs
- Tips on shopping smarter to build a versatile well-curated wardrobe
- Dressing for different occasions while staying true to your style
- Styling tricks to highlight your best features

- Recommendations on fabric and textures that enhance your shape and style

After your session
We will create a document of everything we have discovered and discussed in to one comprehensive document and include a mini shop for you.
Option 2: Colour Analysis

What is involved in a session
- We will analyse your undertones and decide whether you have warm, cool or neutral undertones.
- We then discover your most flattering colour palette using seasonal colour analysis.
- We then go even deeper and identify your exact season e.g. soft autumn.
- We use drapes to test and confirm your colours
- We discover your best and worst colours and how to incorporate your best colours in to your wardrobe
- We will then offer wardrobe and styling advice based on your best colours
- We can also offer make up and hair colour recommendations (optional)
- We also touch on Personal Style Discovery and Body Shape Analysis. (for a more in-depth personal style discovery and body shape analysis, do the Personal Style Discovery and Body Shape Analysis session or the combination of both).
After your session
- We will create a document of everything we have discovered and discussed in to one comprehensive document and include a mini shop for you.
Option 3: Combine both Personal Style Discovery, body shape analysis and Colour Analysis

What is involved?
Over the past 7 years working in the shops, I have had so many conversations with customers about jeans. Jeans can be a real struggle for many of us, whether it is finding the right style for your shape or other questions like should I move away from skinnies? It made me think that incorporating this option into my styling programme could be really beneficial.
What do we do?
We will look at your body shape and style and find you the perfect pair of jeans. No matter how long it takes.
We will also give you at least 5 ways to style your new jeans.
Don’t forget you can offset the cost of the jeans session by letting us sell your good condition Preloved clothes at our events and online.

We work with you using our specially designed questions and analysis to identify your body shape, best colours and your requirements for a personal shop.
We can do a shop for a specific event, holiday or a mini season update.

I did an online shop with Catherine for an AW24 wardrobe. It was so great. She just totally understood what I wanted and needed. I never get time to shop and find that is too much choice online. She also asked me to give her some of my old clothes and she sold them at her preloved events which actually covered her fee which is brilliant. Bonus!!
