We charge £3.95 for standard delivery on all UK orders. Our standard delivery time is 2-3 working days. Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days.’

If you need something in a rush we can offer a next day service for £7, just select this option at the checkout. Next Day orders placed before 1pm will be processed the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm or on a weekend will be processed the next working day.

Packaging and Gifts

All orders are wrapped in tissue paper before being popped into one of our Eco friendly reusable parcel bags. If you would like your package to be sent to a different address as a gift please mention this in the comments box at check out. We offer special gift wrapped boxes which you can add to your basket from the gift wrapping section.

Returns

If you wish to return something please email us within 7 days of receipt to inform us and please return it within 14 days. Once received we will refund your money within 1-2 working days depending on your payment method.

For returns it is easier to keep the delivery in its original box or bag and send it Royal Mail Second Class, for a cost of £2.90 back to us at the following address:-
